Depending on what you need, we offer an hourly rate or a project rate. Our consultants keep detailed logs of the time they spend addressing your needs. We count in ten minute increments and round down when in-between them. We only work for as long as a customer requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. First time clients are required to pay a retainer upfront - this is applied against the either project or hourly rate.
